'Peace of Mind'
‘Peace of Mind’ is a beautiful abstract nature inspired portrait painting. The inspiration for this painting came from a time where I was struggling with my mental health, and noticed when I was outside in nature walking my dog, my mind felt quiet. Being out in nature gave me some mental peace.
In particular, I would see this beautiful Photinia shrub in bloom on my walks and was always captivated by the colours of the bright red leaves against the white flowers. It was this shrub that inspired this painting, and set me off on a mission to create art that gives you the same feelings of peace and joy that nature does to me.
